Sandra N. Dredge

Sandra Dredge is a full-time Utah mediator, arbitrator, and Special Master with more than 35 years of family law experience. She is widely recognized for her extensive knowledge, professionalism, and ability to effectively manage difficult and high-conflict family law matters.

Mediation

Divorce mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that helps couples resolve divorce-related issues in a respectful and cost effective way. Rather than relying on court decisions, a neutral mediator helps facilitate productive communication and guides parties toward mutually agreeable solutions on matters including parenting, custody, property division, and financial support.

Arbitration

Arbitration is a structured, private process used to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom. In family law matters, arbitration can provide a more efficient and flexible alternative to traditional litigation by allowing parties to present disputed issues to a neutral third party, the arbitrator, who will hear the matter and then issue a decision.

Special Master

A Special Master is a neutral professional appointed by the Court to assist families in resolving ongoing disputes and implementing court orders in high-conflict or complex cases. Special Masters assist parents in addressing issues such as parent-time disputes, communication difficulties, decision-making disagreements, and other co-parenting concerns without the need for repeated court appearances. By providing guidance, recommendations, and timely decisions within the scope of the Special Master Order, a Special Master helps families reduce conflict, improve communication, and focus on the best interests of their children.
